Day 6 (06/06/13)
Finally managed to reach level fifteen on the beep test. I think all the fitness days are really helping to improve my fitness level. About a month ago, my soccer team also got a trainer who focuses mainly on just our fitness, not soccer and those are held on Tuesdays as well and I'm usually always dead tired on Wednesday morning. Now I will see how much I have improved again over the summer when we do the beep test once more in Grade 12.

Day 5 (04/03/13)
I think that my work habits in PE (Super fit) have been very good this year. I know that it is supposed to be a fun class, which it is, but I also look at it as a class where you don't have to worry about other classes and let loose. In the first month of the new semester, I have been to class on time with gym strip and worked very hard, especially on fitness days. For these reasons, I believe that I deserve a "G."

Day 4 (01/03/13)
This entire week I think that we worked a lot on our lower body. First there was the hill run, then taekwondo and today, insanity. My legs feel very tired and sore, but surprisingly, I feel very very good.

Day 3 (18/02/13)
Today we did something that I usually don't ever do and my shoulders could tell you that as well. As a kid, I always thought yoga to be very relaxing with slow, comfortable movements, but this stuff is like insanity and extreme stretching combined. I actually got a good muscle toning workout out of it.

Day 2 (12/02/13)
First fitness day of the class today and it was similar to what I did in P.E. last semester. And just like last semester, people were trying to focus on what they were doing and really get a workout done. That in a way motivates the people around them to do the same. No slackers in this class.

Day 1 (06/02/13)
Just switched my classes at lunch and finally got into super fit on my third and last try. I didn't have my gym strip with me but from what i saw, i think this will be a very fun and active class.
